Yellowbus Solutions Ltd has expanded via the acquisition of Converged Business Solutions Ltd (CBS).
Yellowbus was founded in 2000 and its head office is located at Birchwood Park, Warrington. Due to its growth, Yellowbus also has satellite offices in Cumbria, Manchester and Warrington town centre.
Yellowbus has a strong background in offering Managed IT, Connectivity and Telecoms in and around the North West, counting nuclear sector organisations amongst its client base; whilst Converged Business Solutions offer Connectivity and Telecoms nationally.
The acquisition supports Yellowbus’ growth plans to become the leading partner in Managed Services for SMEs (Small and medium-sized enterprises).
